Hit-Boy — born Chauncey Hollis II — is a Grammy Award-winning American record producer, rapper and songwriter from Fontana, California. Over a fifteen-year run he has shaped the sound of modern hip-hop through landmark records with Jay-Z, Kanye West, Beyoncé, Nas, Travis Scott, Kendrick Lamar, Drake and Big Sean, and built the Surf Club / HS87 collective as a launchpad for the next wave of West Coast artistry. With three Grammy wins and eleven nominations to date — including multiple nods for Producer of the Year, Non-Classical — his new album, HITstory 2: Success Is A Dirty Word, is out now.
